The Wildcard Award celebrates originality in its purest form: content that surprises, challenges, and sets new standards. It’s for content that makes you think ‘wow, this is something different’, it stops people in their scroll, makes them gasp, laugh, think, or even question everything. We’re talking ideas that are weird, wild, clever, daring, and completely original. If your content can’t be boxed into a traditional category and isn’t a niche, this is your moment to shine. Surprise us. Challenge us. Make us see something new.
Eligibility
Open to all creators across platforms and formats. Content must be truly unique, showing creativity, perspective, or style unlike anything else online. Consistent output during the eligibility period (1 March 2025 to 1 May 2026).
Judging Criteria
Consistently great content in a unique or unconventional niche
Consistently high-quality content in a unique or unconventional niche that deserves to be recognised.
Distinctive creative voice
A unique perspective, personality, and creative style that sets the creator apart.
Overall award merit
Whether the creator is deserving of being recognised as a finalist based on their overall body of work.

Entry Requirements
Entrants must submit: Link to primary social platform where the content lives. Links to additional platforms to give judges a holistic view. Links to 2-3 pieces of content that best showcases their originality and boundary-pushing style, posted within the eligibility period. A short motivation (max 200 words) explaining what makes their content different and why it deserves to win. Audience metrics: Current followers, average monthly views, engagement rate, shares, and saves.
